Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier availability, and order weight.
We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – when available

Free shipping promotions or minimum order thresholds will be displayed on the site when active.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm eligibility, estimated delivery times, and any customs requirements.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Delivery Issues

itsHalfPast8 is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the provided address.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly or email our support team for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
